3 BEDROOM HOUSE DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY.

• Deposit/Prepayment: 30 percent of the total booking amount will be charged to the supplied credit card on day of booking.
• Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total booking amount will be charged to the supplied credit card. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
